This lat attachment utilizes large diameter, sealed bearing pulleys combined with 2200 lb. test nylon-coated aircraft-quality cables, ensuring smooth and durable pulley exercises. With the SPRHLA, you can easily perform a variety of high and low pulley exercises including lat pulldowns, rows, biceps curls, shrugs, and more.
The no cable change design allows for quick and easy swap-outs of cable attachments and bars, making your workout more efficient. Each SPRHLA unit includes both a lat bar and a low row bar for comprehensive training.
